Northerly winds filled one side of lake Silvaplana while other portions were left without anything. With wind shifts between 40-90 degrees added, it became impossible to hold any valid racing.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A few sailors make it out for some test runs in the gusty winds while most stayed on land.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The program for day 3 is an early skippers meeting (7.30) followed by an 8.30 first possible start.
